In 2016, after 10 epic years in New Zealand, my wife and I moved back to the UK with our three (now four) children to launch Tom Parker Creamery from my family’s farm (try it in Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Ocado, Milk & More or Selfridges.) We started small, making chocolate milk and iced coffee in our kitchen, and selling our produce at farmers markets and local shops.
